Enviro Masters Lawn Care Saint John
Complete lack of communication from the company. They showed one day, no notice, not even a text and were going to do the mechanical seeding. Our lawn was too long so they said they’d be back. Loads of rain and lack of time meant when they wanted to come out a second time I tried to put them off and was told “We’re seeding your area tomorrow”. Period. So if you want to be ordered around as to when and where to mow, go ahead and book them. I lost it on them and they cancelled me. Great. I moved on to a more customer-centric company THAT COMMUNICATES!
